"Success comes to those who work harder." I am Karen Jill, and I'd like to share all my skills as an experienced Team Leader. I've been in the manufacturing industry, specifically in electronics company for 4 years and still counting. I started to lead people in 30 to 40 in population, and this was my first biggest challenge. I learned to adapt different kinds of people in creative ways. I am a coach, since leading people is very challenging. I am proud that my some of my former operators have a position now in the industry, some are Trainers already and they believe they can do it. I also lead projects, similar to Project Management. Those projects help the quality and efficiency of our process to eliminate defects as well. I have been in teams working on different projects. I also do Planning and Budgeting. The 4M's, which are Man, Machine, Method, Material are very important things that mostly I focus as a Team Leader.  I am a Team Player, a coach, I am very driven, hardworking and efficient person. I am very dedicated to my work since my goal is to meet the deadlines ahead of time. I am very keen and highly organized when it comes to details. Most of my colleagues think I am a perfectionist.
